I counted 5 small pieces of chicken in the Grilled Chicken sandwich for each.... what is going on?

The skinny sandwich doesn't specify whether it's a hole or half sandwich when I used to work for potbelly skinny means you scoop out the inside of the bread and then you add the toppings to your sandwich for whatever your sandwich is I received a half sandwich and I bought a tuna sandwich and my partner got a whole tuna sandwich. I don't think that's how it works, but you guys charge me a lot of money for a half a sandwich.

I bought the (2) A Wreck® and Strawberry Shake and soup.It was disgusting. The sandwich had waaay too much mayo and oil. The mayo tasted old. It was sloppy and extremely hard to manage. I threw it away. The milkshake was terrible too.
