Bien Cuit, meaning "well done" in French, refers to both the dark, caramelized crust on our loaves and our approach to baking.
I got Rye Sunflower . Texture is excellent, but I wish the flavor was more intense - it's only very subtly sour or rye flavored, and I personally prefer bold, sour rye breads. But perhaps I simply didn't understand what I was ordering, so I'll leave five stars, because it's a well-crafted loaf, even if it's not my personal preference.

I have ordered from Bien Cuit before, but this time, they sent a burned croissant. I think I'll go elsewhere next time.
