• 25-01-26The French Ciabatta Dipper was pretty good. Bread was the perfect texture. not-soggy at all. The dip it comes with is fantastic. It is not too thick and has carmelized looking onions in it. Therefore, I recommend using a spoon 😅 Ordered the Creamy Tomato Soup for tomorrow. Though, all-in-all it's overpriced

• 26-01-21The NEW Toasted Caprese Focaccia was terrible! There was like 2 tiny pieces of mozzarella on it and I couldn't even taste the pesto. It was basically just bread and arugula with a few really bad tomatoes. A complete rip off for $15!

• 25-02-25Soup tasted from a can, noodles like rubber and very very little chicken. Salad bland 3 slices of Parmesan. Complete waste of money. Tasted terrible!

• 25-03-26The broccoli cheddar and chicken noodle soups were fine but the portions were ridiculously small for the amount paid. $10 for a bowl that was what a cup would be at any other restaurant.

• 26-04-07I don't have photos to share because I dropped the entire order. (I have Parkinson's disease and my hands don't hold onto things like they use to.) I scrambled as much as I could to rescue the Smoothie, but I couldn't manoeuvre my wheelchair close enough to get it. The sad part was watching it slowly spread out across the floor--I had been waiting to order a smoothie for several weeks--well, I will have something to look forward to. At least I was able to enjoy some of it before I dropped it. I was sad to see it slowly spread out across my kitchen . I am in a wheelchair and couldn't reach the cup of smoothie. That was my biggest disappointment, but at least I did enjoy a big taste of it before it dropped out of my hand. In my opinion, Panera makes the BEST, freshest tasting smoothies, and they do it CONSISTENTLY!
My half of a steak sandwich made an even bigger mess, smearing cheese, condiments and I'm not sure what the red stuff was in the middle of the smoothie puddle. The colors of the whole hot mess was actually quite colourful . The kitchen cabinet looked like it had been part of an old-fashioned food fight.. I really like Panera. It's healthy, fresh and a treat for the tastebuds! I highly recommend you start a list of what you have already tried and then try something new every time you go to Panera. It might surprise you how quickly you keep adding favourites to your list, I don't think you'll be disappointed at all!
