The large subs were not cut in half making them cumbersome to handle. They were flavorful but skimpy on meat. They forgot to include a straw and the cookie for the milkshake that was more icy than creamy. I am disappointed. My previous order was outstanding.

I ordered the Grilled Chicken with no lettuce and garlic aioli. The sandwich barely had any chicken on it and the sauce was spicy for some reason, so I had to throw it out. I think they put the wrong sauce on

I paid over $11 for the "BIG" sandwich that had more bread than meat! What gives Potbelly?!?
