The tempura was done to perfection (crisp) and the large amount of very fresh fish in their sushi rolls prompted me to stop eating so I could leave a review. I can never get over how every single one of their ingredients tastes so fresh. I can even taste the scallions in my roll, which are still crisp. Even the umeboshi paste somehow tastes fresh. Like I've said before, it costs me slightly more to order from Amberjack but I always receive twice as much fish per roll, and I am never disappointed.

This is just not good sushi at all, in fact, it's not even really sushi.
Its massive chunks of previously frozen raw fish plopped on top of a little rice ball. Maguro ( 2 pcs ) obviously frozen, with an ice crytalization on one party, Hamachi ( 2 pcs ) feels & tastes the same, but is cut so thick it's barely even sushi, twice the vertical width of my finger
Samurai Sushi is like 20x better at the same or even cheaper prices, guess thats why they arent on DoorDash.

This place was a total disappointment. The miso soup was ridiculously salty. The tempura was gross. And the sushi was a warm, crumbly mess. We ended up picking up supermarket sushi that was fresher looking and tasting.

Beautiful fresh Japanese sushi, and other specialties! We order all the time, Ive never experience any issues, no odd smell- food is always fantastic and I lived in Tokyo, Osaka, Kobe... the food here is lovely and the fish is fresh and high quality. I love any of the Hamachi, salmon, love the gyoza, chirashi, tataki and more! The staff work very hard to bring off the boat fantastic food to our community!

My go-to restaurant. I love the miso soup and the crunchy crab sushi roll with the rice on the outside is exciting. Always order extra ponzu sauce.
