McDonald's in Hudson literally never gets an order correct. I ordered a simple iced coffee, asked for no ice and no cream and it came with so much ice that the cup was half full after I strained out the ice, plus there was so much cream that it didn't even taste like coffee but more like just straight milk! Oh, and I asked for an extra straw which didnt come.

They gave sausage instead of steak and fries instead of hash-browns and instead of a premium coffee, they gave me some ice coffee not too happy this place sucks they always get the wrong items or it's missing they need new managers very poor Service

This is a disgrace of a McDonald's! Never an order been right or been edible. No longer will get my business! Pitiful that the almost $6-7 biscuit/ sausage gravy a disgrace. mo hashbrown in order either.

Double quarter pounders are greasy -- I mean buns soaked and dripping greasy! I thought that the first time may have been a fluke, not so!!!!!

Ordered 2 OREO® McFlurry®s, neither were actually mixed. Just a scoop of Oreo crumbles on top of the ice cream.
