Paid to add cheese but the sand which was slid over from mishandling and the cheese was stuck to the wrapper instead of on my sandwich

Everything was packaged perfectly and the food was exactly what we ordered. Sodas were perfectly fizzy and cold.

Cookies did not come in a tote, they were in a brown bag, smashed and broken. Was able to salvage about 15 of the cookies the rest were a ball of cookies dough. Atleast they were warm. The other items were fine. Would make sense to be a little more careful with the delicate items
