Ordered the brownie blast and got maybe 5 brownie chunks in a medium sized blast. Mostly chocolate flakes with ice cream. Not worth the extra money, should have just stuck with the M&M blast.

I order from sonic a lot, and normally I get good service and decent food. however tonight was a different story. when my first order mysteriously disappeared, and my order was taken over by a great door dasher, they dragged their feet with the replacement order, then the food itself was sub-par. the pretzel was cold and hard and the cheese dip left off, the tots were cold, and the frito chips in the frito pie were rubbery and stale.

every thing was wrong. this was a 2nd order to replace the shakes that were left off my first order of the evening. on the first i got no shakes, wrong sizes on popcorn chicken and tots and drink, and the cherry limeade had almost no flavor ...was mostly just water and ice. I ordered a 2nd cherry limeade on this order and it was worse... was just water with some lime pulp and what I assume were tiny cherry pieces floating in it, almost no ice and no straw with either order. I've been eating at sonic for 40 years and this was the worst experience I've ever had with your restaurant. I resolved my issues with door dash, but management should know whoever was working last might was an embarrassment to the restaurant.
