Probably the best udon I've ever had. The size and meatiness of the oxtail was surprisingly awesome. Got three orders. We all loved it, as we are oxtail lovers. The chicken karaage was on pointe.
Ate it all.

Unfortunately, it seems that this store has pivoted to serving Ramen instead of Udon. RIP to the best Udon store and one of the best noodle places in the area. I'll miss the delightful oxtail soup and the quality and taste of the dishes.
The new Ramen seems fairly generic and I can't think of a reason to order from here anymore when there are so many ramen stores in the area. Thanks for the delicious udon.

Great flavors, if you wanna try something truly unique the Uzumakiya Udon is a great first time dish from this establishment, but what really stood out to me was their udon, it was perfectly sized with a nice chew, the texture of their udon is on a level of their own, whenever I'm craving noodles the texture is usually one of the first things that come to mind. If you had a friend visit from out of town that's never been in this area before, this would be one of the places I would make them eat at during their limited time here.

Extremely rich OxTail Udon , melts of the bone. Noodles are obviously fresh, tender. Broth is very flavorful- not watered down. Thank you

The regular soup and tsukemen soup are both quite salty. Especially the tsukemen, even dipping it was still too salty for me.
Not much topping compared to regular ramen.
the noodles are on the softer side (not as chewy).I think it probably tastes better in store than takeout.
