I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but the chicken tortilla soup I received today was really disappointing. The texture was off, it tasted old, and the overall flavor was unpleasant. I couldn’t finish it. This isn’t what I’ve come to expect from this location, so I hope it was just an off day.

This location must be the worst. I never have trouble with Chick-fil-A but there was o ly 10 Grilled Nuggets instead of 12 and the "large fry" was legit a small, didn't even fill up half of the container. and I requested 3 sauces per item and it was delivered with 0 sauces. -disappointing for the cost.

The food was cold and the 5 Ct Nuggets Kid's Meal was missing a nugget. I've been to many different chick filas and this one missed the mark. The macaroni had a strange texture.
