Love the food,great taste. The A la Carte Chicken is always tender and juicy 😋. Fries always hot and on point. Always enough food. Love their sweet teaFountain Drinks also, you can add flavors to them. The Almond tea is Fountain Drinks is really 👍. Also Packaging is always sealed tight. Love PONKO A la Carte Chicken never had a bad meal.

Prepared and delivered quickly. Really good food. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The fries are always crispy, the rice is flavorful, and the chicken is juicy and delicious.

The green beans were good but... different. the 5 piece chicken tender and ponko rice was a waste of my money. I got the OG Flavor chicken and it tastes like maple syrup, which is extra terrible because the chicken was so perfectly crunchy but was made soggy by whatever sweet syrup-y glaze they used. same for the ponko rice, it's maple-y sticky white rice. I had the matcha lemonade- took one sip and poured it out. it didn't taste like matcha or lemonade, just sweet pond water.

Chicken Sandwich Combo was crispy, but I ordered extra spicy and it wasn't even remotely spicy. Portions were okay and packaged well but I don't think I'd order again. The PONKO Cookie wasn't too bad.

The OG flavor is great - just the right combo of flavors. The chicken is tender and still crispy with the perfect amount of panko. I love this place!
