Everything was delicious! The Sichuan wonton in chili oil is always a favorite for us. The vegetable fried rice was tasty too! The cucumbers and green beans are always excellent with great spice and flavor. Can't go wrong with this restaurant!

Fresh and delicious flavor on the CHOW MEIN NOODLES 炒面 and SPICY CHOW FUN NOODLES 炒和粉. I was a little disappointed with the portion size of the SWEET WALNUT SHRIMP 甜核桃虾and maybe too much sauce, but it tastes great!

I found Hu's off good Reddit and google reviews. High hopes but it's probably the most tasteless Chinese food I've ever had. Ordered fried EGG FRIED RICE - SIDE PORTION 蛋炒饭, MA PO TOFU 麻豆 and beef WITH BROCCOLI all 0/5 do not order. Mu shu chicken and CHOW MEIN NOODLES 炒面 2/5 among the worst I've had but edible. OUR FAMOUS STRING BEANS 干豆 were 3.5/5. Underwhelming but good. Ordered orange chicken but it didn't arrive. At least the proteins seemed to be quality. But flavorless unfortunately.

Truly the worst Chinese food. The sweet walnut shrimp tasted like someone dumped a ton of mayo on it. Everything else had absolutely no taste at all. Perhaps because I ordered it with no MSG. I thought those chemicals were supposed to enhance, not mask lack of any flavor. Their famous string beans - no taste. War won ton - overcooked wontons that were gummy and shredded. Fried pork chops were so over cooked they were bricks.
