The ramen wasn't what I hoped (I'm wrongfully comparing to Asianya's Tan Tan) but the tantan men was 4/5
The chicken karate was 6/5 so good! I wish it had a sauce.
The rice was kind of absurd for the price: it was about 1/2 cup for almost $4 is too high.

The Joshui Ramen level 1 was great. The Tantan Men was too peanuty for me. I also ordered the green onion, egg, chasu combo and the chasu was not provided.
The gyoza was delicious and we would get it again.
The Spicy Garlic Edamame was average. Not much flavor.
