Coffee was only 3/4 of the way full with burnt beans. Tiger Bagel was burnt and kind of dry and no napkins or cutlery of any kind in the bag. Would not order again.

The bagel had the consistency of loaf bread and I received a plain bagel and ordered Asiago. Overall very bland.

I just wish they would let me add salt, pepper and ketchup like a real NY bagel spot but other than that, a little taste of home
