Had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Avventura. The lobster bisque was to die for. All the hot food came nice and hot and Lisa and Kristin were a pleasure to deal with. Definitely a new favorite that I can't wait to try again.

This place is incredibly expensive, which makes it hard to enjoy the food if it's not absolutely excellent. We have ordered from here a few times because it's close to us and they have a lot of great-sounding options, but it's always a letdown. The latest order we got a chicken cutlet sandwich for my wife (picture), and it was just a small sandwich with a piece of chicken, lettuce, and tomato. No dressing, nothing else, and the sandwich was roughly $20. Really disappointing. For that price it should be a grinder with all the fixings.
I think this place has a bit of a monopoly on the "gourmet sandwich shop" niche in this area, which lets them get away with charging such high prices.

Every is always great. Unfortunately, today not so much. Beef sandwich had literally one slice of meat.

Prices are extremely high for poor quality food. I ordered a meatball grinder. The burnt sauce and salty meatballs was terrible. I will never go there again and will definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.
