You advertise the bubble tea with a picture of pearls in it. There is no option for that add on, so I was VERY disappointed no boba was in it.
As well as charge $2.00 for toppings, but you barely put any on at all. It was 80% froyo

I've always loved ordering here and never had any issues until today. My cup isn't even half full of yogurt and I'm extremely disappointed.

Just opened my yogurt - I ordered Large & the cup isn't full and the toppings are Skimpy! I paid over $24 for TWO frozen yogurts - I understand inflation but I also expect when I pay for something to get it !
Plus it was missing my graham cracker topping - whoever worked on 3/28/22 afternoon shift ( before 2pm) shame on you
