The food is top-notch. The Grilled Pork Sandwich is a wonderful Banh Mi sandwich and the Grilled Pork Rice Dish is a great rice bowl. The pork is marinated and grilled just right.
Fuzen Pho is a real hidden gem in Henderson and well worth the visit.

I caught the bug recently and I usually go for a nice bowl of hot pho and Fuzen delivered! Very flavorful broth, I didn't have to put much hoisin sauce! I ordered the combination pho and it had tripe and tendon which are my favorites in a pho. I also ordered fresh spring rolls and meatball pho and fried spring rolls for my son. He enjoyed every bite! Will finally be ordering again!

Rare Steak Pho had like 6 slices of beef.... that's it. For the same price, the Combo Pho had 4x the meat. Exact same amount of rare beef along with the 4 other meats. Bad value. I was still hungry after my bowl. Would not recommend.

I just spent $41 on some mediocre food! The Crab Rangoon was burned and the smallest ones that I've ever seen. They were also greasy! At $10.89 they were also overpriced for the size! The other items were just okay! I was hoping to find a good Pho restaurant close by my house.....but this ain't it!!!!

Ordered the chicken pho and potstickers. Postickers came in a paper bag. Everything was great! Only about a 1/4 cup of shredded chicken. The pho broth was on the sweeter side-like they added cardamom. I know some people do NOT like this. If I wasn't a fan I wouldve been upset to find out the hard way. Will order again!
