I kept trying to give this place a chance, but they really just can't get it together at the Pleasanton location. Soggy chicken strips, half a cup of white gravy when I paid extra for it and didn't receive my coleslaw (paid extra for that too). It's always something with this place. Always a waste of money. I give up. Hire better employees. Never ordering again.

Expected to have dinner for four everyone had plenty of chicken with no sides because received individual sides for one person family very disappointed and hungry

8PC Chicken was the dryest we've had this side of the RGV.... not a good experience (Pleasanton location)

Food was really good, especially the biscuits. However, we ordered the 6pc mixed chicken with french fries & coleslaw, and the 5pc tenders with french fries & coleslaw. Well we never rec'd the coleslaw. ???

I added 4 pieces of shrimp and was given three. Lady at drive thru was rude but staff inside were friendly.
