The Italian Sub was great, lots of flavor. An the fries and Cheese Sticks were still crispy when I got them. Would definitely recommend and order again.

Boneless wing were either fried way too hard, or soggy. Not with sauce, but what seemed to be water. Mac and Mac & Cheese Bites were burnt, hard, and unbelievably small. 8 'pieces' were actually more like 3 and half. Only 2 that were normal, the rest might as well have been crumbs. Boneless

our whole order has issues!we paid for bleu cheese and extrahoney bbq sauce and did not receive either! we ordered 1 order of mushrooms, and 1 order of onion rings. they came in the same box,and it was clear they werelike half orders of each. there was only 6 onion rings. we usually order from the western avenue location, soI guess we will do thatnext time.

Pretzel Breadsticks were burnt on the bottom so it left a horrible after taste. the cheese sauce had CHUNKS in it. Deep Fried Chips were good as always and so were the Mac n Mac & Cheese Bites but the Pretzel Breadsticks were a huge let down.

The Cheese Pizza was burnt tough and wasn't cut. I've never had this issue with Jerry's and no breadsticks on the menu anymore? I honestly have never had issues like this with Jerry's I'm hoping it was just a fluke.
