I really enjoyed the Salted Carmel Pretzel shake and it arrived in perfect consistency. However, I was very disappointed with my expensive Jalapeño Angus Burger , it had NO jalapeños on it AND it was cold! Which means it was cold even before my Door Dasher even picked my order up. Very disappointing as this is the 2nd time from the same location that I have gotten a cold burger!

Usually forgets simple things like syrup for French Toast Dips or ketchup for Hash Rounds, and doesn't have options for them on the menu. Only remembered them this time because dasher was thoughtful enough to remind them.
Otherwise usually not bad, but not great. The food is generally warm and tasty, if not a bit dry. The fried items are literally never particularly crispy or fresh though. I guess flaccid French toast and mildly undercooked hash browns are just what we're expected to expect from a chain like this.
In general, it satisfies the craving, but they definitely make it a pain in the wallet with burger prices usually more than twice the cost of an In-N-Out Double-Double

Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger® was fresh the onion rings were perfect not Harland greasy so good. Chocolate Cake always good and Soft Drink was goo not flat. you

I tried the double western bacon cheeseburger, and it was delicious! Crispy bacon, soft bun, just the right amount of bbq sauce on the tasty burgers. Really good!

It's been a couple of years since I've ordered food from Carl's Jr. The Large Milkshakes then were really large. The "Large " milkshake I received last night was more like a Small milkshake! It just isn't worth the high price! Carl Jr, has significantly lessen the sizes and quality of the milkshakes while charging more! I won't be ordering nothing else from this restaurant chain!
