I got the 3 pc meal. The food was great and the food was priced well. I received great customer service from Michael, my favorite are the charo beans.

The Original Pollo Bowl was delicious ! You can't beat the buy one get one free deal! It's a huge bowl of food, and can easily be divided up into two meals. The chicken was tender, and very flavorful! Everything was very fresh as always! I would definitely order again!

$5+ dollars for 3 ounces of guacamole is diabolical. Also, did not receive the gravy with the mashed potatoes.

The salad had 4 pieces of tough chicken and very little beans. the BRC burrito had little to no beans as well. I did actually receive my salad dressing this time,so that was a plus.

Nachos were a soggy mess. BRC burritos are always good but nachos were a waste of money/inedible. Slimy chips under soupy chicken and beans.
