Food was delicious and a great price. However, I ordered an unsweetened tea and I received one that was flavored and sweetened. I'm actually glad I got this flavor instead of the unsweetened, but for someone who is diabetic or can't have sugar this may not be good for them.

The Birria tacos are crispy and consome is pretty dang good for a fast food chain. Would like a little more Birria meat in the taco since they use two tortillas. The flame broiled chicken was missing the skin which is our favorite part and they didn't send the fire roasted salsas we indicated in the order. But the chicken was still pretty good. It would be cool if the side salad's cilantro dressing came on the side as they put very little on it.

They don't keep up to order customizations. If you specify you don't want something, it can be because of an allergy. This location doesn't care, they will still put it in your order anyway.

Either I was extremely hungry or this meal was finger lickin' good!!! Pollo loco is my go to meal when I don't have time to cook. Love the 4 piece 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal
