One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! Was very meaty and had everything I requested. Artichokes were so good and they aren't shy with toppings. Was quick with delivery too, thank you doordash! Found my new spot for subs!

Got the "A Wreck" sandwich. Couldn't believe how small the sandwich was. Also, it was only one slice of each piece of meat - if we had gotten the skinny version, how would they have made it any less? *Still hungry

I'm from NYC so im pretty picky with my sandwiches. Despite that I have been going to potbelly every week for almost a year straight: sometimes twice a week. I get the same sandwhich + mac and cheese every single time and it never gets old. I have been to several other locations and this one is hands down the best. The employees here are great. Being from NYC I am not the easiest to get along with. Yet I've never once had an issue with them. We're on a first name basis and they show me love every time I come in. The manager is awesome as well. One time I stupidly placed my sandwich on the edge of the counter and it fell on the ground. Even though it was my fault the manager gave me a few of these "free sandwich" coupons.
Honestly i could write an entire book with all the good things I have to say about that particular location. If you like sandwiches then definitely give it a try.

Both soups were delicious! But the bowl
of soup was so small, for like a toddler. My only complaint.

what wasn't wrong. $5 bucks for mac and cheese that the pasta was dried and yellowed with some cheese thrown on it and melted in a microwave. Strawberry shake was completely melted and not mixed with the strawberries. $35 bucks and we threw it away.
