I'm not crazy about the soup being delivered with the cheese on the bottom. However, it was really good. Also, the Teriyaki Chicken & Broccoli Bowl was interesting and had a good flavor. Needless to say, I just wanted something a bit different today for my work meal and this worked for me. And while I didn't order a drink, I think that the cold brew coffee would pair well with this on a warm day or maybe anything cold to be honest.

I ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies. My dasher got there and they only had 2. They shouldn't allow purchases of out of stock items. They made substitution recommendations, and one of them was "brownie cheesecake bites" (plural). I agreed to that substitution only to find one small bite sized brownie bite in the bag. A fraction of the size of a cookie. The cookies were hard and tasted like cardboard as well. This was not my dasher's fault. The Dasher was wonderful and tried to be accommodating. Will not be ordering from Panera again.

Fruit was as expected, Caesar Salad was small like a Wendy's Salad. Im fully aware what a whole Salad from Panera looks like, this was like 1/4 not 1/2. $7.00 for a Wendy's Salad.

There was only chicken on the sandwich, and not much of it. I usually wouldn't complain, but there was an issue with both of the broccoli soups as well.

Ordered cheddar broccoli soup...didn't get it
Ordered one French onion soup and got two of these. And advertised cheese? One or two strands. Croutons came separately, wrapped in waxed paper.,
Baguettes? Looked like two very dry, torn pieces thrown in the bag, unwrapped.
Flavor of soup was decent with lots of onions.
