Fuji Sushi is so flavorful! The Sumo Roll had a delicious yuzu flair that added to it's fresh taste, and the Dragon Roll was balanced with the right amount of sauce and crunch!

heartbreaker roll is very good. fish is fresh, traditional japanese mayo is used here. Ginger is plentiful, pale yellow not pink and acidy.

They try to be fancy but every time I tried they were disappointing instead. The rice is bland and most of the rolls are not rolled properly - they become blankets instead. The ingredients are okay, but the way they put them together makes them not worth the price.

The sushi and ramen are expensive and flavorless. I can make better ramen with for 50 cents at home.
