I placed my order through the app, expecting it to be ready when I arrived—just like the app promised. But when I got to the store, my drinks still weren’t even made. On top of that, the cups were sticky (which is honestly pretty gross), and the drinks themselves were super watered down, with barely any flavor. Definitely not worth the wait.

I love the dragon S2 Fresh Dragon Fruit Lychee Juice. No other boba place makes this drink. I always request the salted cheese, mango chunks & lychee

they have the best boba drinks however during doordash deliveries they always do not close the lids of my drinks which cause everything to spill in the bag. very inconvenient especially when you really are craving for milktea

Would have liked to know in advance thst this location is inside of a busy mall. They don't have the egg waffles at this location. Also, the counter staff wasn't friendly. It was a negative experience overall. The drink was decent. The boba has a nice chew to it, but the salted cream was wayyyy too salty (and I love salt). I doubt I will return to Happy Lemon and if I do, I will not return to the Serramonte mall location.
