Everything was amazing! I'm bummed this place used to be fairly inexpensive and the prices have gone up so much. But, I still enjoy the soup especially on days I'm not feeling well. They used to give free broth but, now I have to purchase extra however there is no option for it on the app! Still one of my favorites!

-Overpriced for low end veggies beef and soup even for the current inflated commodity prices. Not enough beef, soup base is made with powder flavoring, like instnd noodles preservatives. Cost 30 bucks delivered. Better to eat hotpot at home. If i were ~$7 less I'd rate it higher.

I’ve always enjoyed their hotpot, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I requested a change from pork to beef, with an additional charge, but not only did they bring me pork instead, it was served in a separate box, not with the soup as expected. To make matters worse, the pork had an unpleasant odor, as if it had been stored for a long time.

ImIviditing the Pasadena area and decided to hovethis place a try I ordered the beef soup *hot* and it was awesome. Lots of veggies with thinly sliced beef.

I did not recieve the Braised Minced Pork Rice at all.

After two days, I ordered again and did not recieve the beef that was supposed to come automatically with my #8 Taiwanese Spicy Hot Soup.
Me and my family are regular customers. One constant I have seen in this restaurant chain is that 1 out of at least 3 times, there is always something missing in my order. Please advise employees to double check orders and to improve services in order for customers not to lose their money.
