The shown in picture is on toast bread, the one delivered was on the ciabatta bread and it was hard!!!

I ordered spaghetti like pasta. and I got penne pasta. the sauce was too watery. the pasta and sauce was not getting together. the water like sauce was floating at bottom of the plate.
