Uncle John's is a downtown Los Angeles institution founded in 1968.
My god these pork shops are ambrosia. Literally the most loving thing you can do to a pig... after not killing it. I order these a la carte, a dozen at a time, and hand them out like candy at work. Enjoy. You're welcome.

Spicy Pork Chops are so thin and fried beyond crispy that most of it is like hard beef jerky! Absolutely shocked. The two stars are for the delicious Vietnamese Iced Coffee
