I hadn't ordered from this chain in a while and was surprised to see that the frosted lemonade is now the size of a small coffee. The chicken sandwich was dry and thin. The quality of this brand has really taken a turn for the worse. Won't be ordering here again.

I order this all the time and I always think whoever is making the salads needs a raise they are always put together nicely and they are fresh! BUT TODAY... had to be someone else making it I had to throw half of it out because of old/wilted lettuce and tons of the thick white pieces. It was put together poorly so please retrain whoever made this. What a disappointment.

Always enjoy a good meal from a Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich or a Cobb Salad .Both excelent choices. Would be easy to have ameal from here more often! Orders are ALWAYS correct and properly put togeher. Truly a pleasure....
