Great tasting chicken. Way bigger pieces than KFC or MB'S

I always order from this store using different platforms, sometimes I myself go and pick up the order. Atleast once a week I order from here. Today, even though they followed instructions, they send only 4 pieces of jalapeno bombers as one side and they didn't send fries. They did send me two biscuits which I don't like and don't eat. On top of that, Chicken Platter 4pc was very SALTY. Hope they won't repeat.

Never received my mashed potatoes or biscuit. What they did include was a large container of gravy that I didn't order. It was much larger than anything that would've been included free, so I presume that's how they 'made up' for not including my mashed and biscuit...which isn't much use when you don't have your mashed to put it on.

I ordered 5 tenders and got 2 giant pieces of overfried chicken. The whole order was not handled properly. Very poor service.

Order kept getting delayed.
When it finally arrived, the chicken tasted OK. They gave me a small bag of fries which only had 10 fries tops. The order was missing the biscuit and they didnt even give me the apple pie I ordered. Definitely not ordering from here again.
