Listen. There are many Mexican food spots. There are clearly some that do better than others. This is one of them. The quality of the food is evidently top tier; I could tell this by simply looking at my burrito. The texture of the tortilla informed me that I was about to embark on a journey. My senses did not fail me. I could go on, but I would rather that you support this business by purchasing their superb Mexican food. They are also very accommodating on DoorDash as you have the ability to customize your order to your taste - which is not something most restaurants do. As long as I live here, this will be one of my favorite - if not my #1 favorite, Mexican spot.

Just tried Cato Tacos with my wife and we were seriously impressed. The quesabirrias were incredible — the meat was packed with flavor, juicy, and perfectly cooked. We also had a tostada, and it was just as good. You can really taste the quality and seasoning in the meat. Definitely one of the most flavorful taco spots we’ve had in a while. We’ll for sure be coming back! Salsa was very fresh and portions were very generous.

Ordered two items for a decent price. The burrito was packed and flavorful. We ordered no salsa which they followed, but it still had jalapeño which defeated the purpose. With the tacos, everything tasted great; however, they gave me the wrong type of taco meat. I specifically ordered al pastor (marinated pork) and received asada instead. A bit disappointing ordering this time around.

Al pastor is fire. They cook their tortillas till they blister. They haven't messed up my order w/special instructions ever. What more can you ask for?

For the Taco birrias 3 tacos w/ consomé, the consome was bland and had no flavor. The tacos also were bland as well. The Burrito was pretty solid, i would order it again. The horchata was okay as well not too grainy
