I order like everyday as a vegan in Scarborough I have always been obsessed with ital vital, since they opened. My favourites are the BBQ, the chicken drumsticks, pepperpot Thursday and shepherds pie. My favourite meal, always! My 9 month old likes the pumpkin lol. The cakes are delish too. The pineapple ginger is perfect for a summer day.

Only 3 pieces of bbq protein? I used to eat at Ital Vital back in the day when it was good. Good flavour and good price for the quantity. I thought I would try now since it has been some years but it has only gotten worse.

Ital Vital & they’re incredible vegan Caribbean food is always awesome, great portions from small to large sizes. Wish Ital Vital had a restaurant in Welland!!

Food is Very Tasty. However, the portion of the BBQ Spareribs was very small. For the price of the meal this could have been a bit more generous.
