I have to seriously say that this is some of the best Chinese food I've had in the States. The Dan Dan and Beef Noodle Soups were so flavorful and delicious, as were the Pork and Shrimp Spicy Wonton and Pork Fried Dumpling. I'll be ordering from here often.

31. Chicken noodle soup 鸡肉汤面 Is really good the broth was amazing!! If you like your food spicy you should get really spicy option! It wasn't that hot to me. The pork dumplings were soooooo big and the meat was seasoned beautifully. I was worried my Thai Iced Tea was going to be watered down, but it was super fresh and flavorful! :) I love kimchi, but tbh I wouldn't get it from here again cause it was a little mushy... I would definitely eat here again, super yummy!! 8/10

Objectively bad. What am I eating here? Hainanese, Sichuan, Cantonese? None of the above. Not even describable. It's literally like a midwestern housewife's interpretation of "Chinese Food" in 1968. The dumplings you get in the frozen section of Traders Joe's are better and less than half the price. I had to go back and actually find out what the description was for my beef fried noodles. For some reason, the cook thought spaghetti would be a good sub for rice noodles and carrots/celery/wood ear mushrooms a sub for beef. Other than the one large 1.5 inch square chunk of very dark, dry beef. Super gross. Avoid.

The dumplings melted in my mouth and filled me up with joy. Dan Dan noodles were truly exquisite. So grateful to have found this gem in Santa Fe!

Dan Dan soup is always good and spring rolls are really good a little over priced but good. The buns and dumplings are always cooked nicely and this place never has a bad day and always puts out good food
