It's super good, you should get the spicy chicken 1000000000/10 I love bibibop so much. Portions are always big & filling. The staff are always super nice. Literally cannot complain about the place

I love the size and price of the BIBICUP for lunch. However, I gave this review 4-stars, and that's only because the steak was kind of fatty and tough. I had one or two good pieces, but I'll probably try the chicken next time. Everything else in the cup was great, especially the rice and potatoes!

portioning is abysmal. I even paid for extra meat and it was only like 3oz. for $14 you get less than 4/5ths a Chipotle bowl. I skipped the rice and went for the greens but even then I was expecting better.

Time and time BibiBop has proven that they can attain and maintain a higher standard than others. In a world in which standards in fast casual dining has greatly declined, BibiBop has set itself well above the pack! Food is always hot, fresh, and in abundance! The line was all the way out the door tonight, but it wasn't due to a lack of urgency because food came out quickly (unlike McDonald's Strongsville Pearl Rd).
My order was stolen off the shelf, but it was remade quickly by a very polite and professional young woman. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the recognition she deserves. She might have been a manager. If she isn't... make her one.
Please reconsider setting pick-up orders on a shelf within reach of your customers. I do DoorDash deliveries, and they are constantly stolen. Chipotle also deals with theft a lot. It's unfortunate, but people can't be trusted. Let's stop them.
I give a big thumbs up to Bibibop and a big thumbs down to McDonald's when it comes to customer service and quality of food.
My meal was outstanding tonight, btw.
