I got a reguar Cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms. The single patty is humongous. With everything on it, I had to squish it down to get my mouth around the burger. It was hot on arrival as well. I gotta say, that was a very good and juicy burger.
Regular Fries .....there was A LOT!!

First time ordering Five Guys since it's very close to Northside Hospital Cherokee - Bacon Cheeseburger and Little Cajun Fries were very good and plenty of food. The best part of this experience was that I was delayed by a while in getting my order. My wife went into labor and thus, I couldn't get the food until things settled down. Without asking, the manager and team graciously remade my order so it was fresh and congratulated us as well. I commend the entire team because I wasn't expecting that level of customer service. They went above and beyond without being asked. We appreciate this, Thanks again. 11/14/24

Burger was not fully cooked and not just a small amount in the middle.
Oreo milkshake was just plain vanilla. They forgot to add the oreos. Somehow without the Oreos the entire milkshake tastes like chemicals.
Our $36 order for one burger, one small fry and one milkshake had to be thrown away. The fries were fine.

Fries were well done and already a little cold when they got here. Five guys fries never have a problem so this seems weird. Also I'm missing almost half the toppings I asked for on my burger. A rare bad order from this store.

The fries were cold, like left out all day cold. Didn't receive the milkshake and they skimped on the toppings. Not impressed for the price.
