The Mocha 16oz arrived lukewarm and on the colder side (when I had requested extra hot, it didn't even arrive hot) and the Chocolate Croissant was tiny for $4.50, really small and a tiny bit underbaked. It tasted good though and was nice and flaky in the best way, it was the small size that was disappointing.

Sooo delicious. The Iced Maple Latte is so tasty, not too sweet you still can taste their delicious coffee. The Creme Brulee Danish is insane, highly recommend.

Hi, I placed an order for a 2lb bag of coffee, but I only received a 340g (12oz) bag. I was charged for the full 2lb amount, but the item I received is much smaller than what I paid for. Could you please look into this and issue a refund for the difference?

The coffee is always fantastic but the turkey and bacon eggs bites were HORRENDOUS, however I love this place so still five stars. Plus I don't think they make the egg bites so it's not their fault.
