Ordered the 2 Nibblerz® side of Basket of Texas Toast and a Crinkle Fries - Large. Usually the toast comes with 3 but I just got 2 that's okay I guess. Everyhing else is nice and hot

All portions too small. Not enough chicken on bones to even taste the garlic and Parmesan topping (not even the nutritional recommended minimum portion of 4 oz protein) and overcooked. Poor idea to fry what should be a high quality cheesecake slice topped with real strawberry preserves on your Southern menu. Enjoyed Asian dressing and cole slaw, but not a nutritional portion of a low cost vegetable mix that is high in antioxidants.

I received the smallest wings I've ever seen..the fries had almost no seasoning, and I ordered extra fries with extra seasoning. I literally counted 10 fries. And my drink was spilled all over the porch, which isn't Zaxby's fault, but it was just overall disappointing. Especially having paid almost $20 for this mess. I hope everyone else actually get what they pay for.

I ordered 20 chicken fingers and got ten. Took a picture of how many I got and put my receipt. On top of that I got no Zax sauce for any chicken fingers.
I order Zaxbys a lot and 6 out of 10 times they get it right. If I didn't love chicken so much I'd never order again
