It was expensive and small. They boast that they don't use artificial flavors but the coconut flavor tasted very much like artificial coconut. Was not my favorite place for a sweet cold ice great. It seemed fresh but wouldn't order again at that price. $9.50 for something smaller than the size of my palm. Their large latte is the size of a small from Starbucks and costs as much as a large. The price/size killed the experience for me. Sorry guys - I had better in California.

Hello, I received the order but it was missing a flavor and the ice cream was so loosely packed i feel I got 3/4 of what I paid.
I had many orders before and it was never like this.
Sorry, I like your ice cream and just disappointed today.

The drink itself was ok, not too impressive. But what shocked me to no end was the way they packaged it! They just stuffed the togo cup (with the little hole unsealed) into a paper bag and had it delivered that way! So of course half of the content was gone when it arrived and it was dripping all over.

The Crepe La Bella (3 flavors/topping/whipped cream) came with a waffle instead of a crepe, gelato whose lid wasn't on tight and therefore melted and leaked all over the container, and no whipped cream. It took so long to find a Dasher that it probably was inevitable that the gelato melted quite a bit. It was creamy and tasted good but I probably won't order from them again.
