I find that this specific location has been inconsistent. I order carnitas with my burrito bowl and sometimes the meat won't be pulled apart, or sometimes I get a big chunk of fat. This time around, I had both. The flavor is good but there wasn't enough meat. Sometimes the guacamole isn't fully mashed (or consistently mashed) and there will be large chunks. I just wish it was more consistent and had some more attention to detail. This is likely a staff issue. I may order again, but the inconsistency makes me feel like I shouldn't.

We love Chipotle, but tonight was a miss. The Salad was covered in 1/2 cup each of sour cream & guacamole. It was so soggy I didnt eat it. The Kid's Quesadilla was tiny & the cheese wasnt even melted. Hoping our next order is managed more carefully.

Keep wondering how this location stays in business and then I realize it's ppl like me that keep thinking it will get better. This time each meal was labeled wrong, no big deal, but then it was missing the side of Side of Queso Blanco and the beans on the Burrito and Burrito Bowls were extremey salty. My son didnt even eat his nearly $20 Burrito bc it was so awful.

I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, a meal I have gotten many times. Everything was perfect with the exception of the chicken. The chicken was burnt, stringy, and extremely dry. The pictures show one of the pieces of chicken. I obviously got chicken from the bottom of the pan that had been sitting over a warmer all day.

This is my second time complaining about this store. Not only are they rude in person but if you order from door dash you will either get horrible food or not even receive half of the order. This is not door dash fault it is chipotle's fault. Last time I ordered from here I received my burrito with blackened chicken, uncooked crunchy rice, and guacamole that made me sick. The order I just received was a taco and a burrito. I didn't receive this. I received a taco in tinfoil not even fully wrapped and a bowl?? I never even received my burrito. I'm never ordering from this location again I'm so upset.
