The lasagna, pinsa (Roman flatbread), and risotto are so fantastic that I average one meal a week either delivered or in person. Their chef, Umberto, was an accomplished chef in Rome and we are lucky to have him in SF.

the Spaghetti alle Vongole was pretty terrible. the pasta was simply a ball of noodles pulled from boiling water and plopped in a dish. no olive oil/any other treatment, just a stuck-together mess of blandness. other than that, this dish came with mostly empty clam shells. nothing else, no tomatoes or anything.

Nona Serafina would be proud of her lasagne recipe being so well prepared at her grandson's restaurant. Very tasty and filling!

Ordered the Fregola alle Vongole. Didn't have a lot of flavor outside of the clam and had to add salt and pepper. Bread was good though.
