Din Tai Fung started when founder Bing-Yi Yang ran a cooking oil store in Taiwan that sold xiao long bao on the side. As they quickly became a favorite, he decided to go all in on dumplings, and grew …
Overall, wonderful experience. The Vegetable & Mushroom Fried Rice and String Beans with Garlic are to die for! All the food feels fresh and light without the grease and fat. 10/10 would order again even though it's pricey.

The food was nicely packaged and was fresh, however, we felt the portions were quite small for the $60 plus dollars we spent.
The Cucumber Salad salad had a very nice fresh flavor, the Noodles with Spicy Sauce were fresh and tasty. We didn't care for the Sweet & Sour Pork Baby Back Ribs as they had a funny aftertaste and the Shrim & Kurobuta Pork Spicy Wontons (8 each) were tasty but had very little filling of shrimp and pork inside the wontons.

Din Tai Fung never fails no matter what location it is. The flavors are immaculate. They're known for thei Xiao Long Bao (their Michelin starred soup dumpling), BUT the Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Spicy Wontons (8 each) is absolute perfection. The sauce is a heavenly concoction you'll want more of just to drizzle over your rice and noodles at an extra cost. The prices are on the pricier end of a dumpling/dimsum spot, but it's worth it! The takeout is packaged perfectly and they never forget anything (knock on wood). I'll never stop eating here.

Nothing like this Taiwanese yummy food. The Kurobuta Pork Xiao Long Bao (10 each) are succulent and filling. We love the cold Soy Noodle Salad, so refreshing. The Shrimp & Kurobuta Pork Shao Mai are perfection in a dumpling, with the soup juice running down your chin. All of it, delectable!

Din Tai Fung is consistent in their quality of menu items. They have my favorite sliced chicken soup in the area-Broth and fresh veggies plus chicken and noodles for a delicious combo. Side of fresh ginger to add to soup is wonderful. Also we like the kale with garlic ,seaweed and beancurd salad ,taro buns and shrimp &kurobuta pork pot stickers.
