Grilled whitefish didon't have any flavor to me until i used the tarter sauce. the shrimp were very small. The 6 Hush Puppies were tasty though. The green beans were very salty, the colelaw was a very good blend.
Personally for me, I have not tried Captain D'S since th 1990's and I remember why I liked the competition store better.
I do have to mention, I am used to eating at Fresh Catch of the day restaurant in Outer Banks.

Ordered 2 Blackened Whitefish Dinners and a small, (really) small bowl of Gumbo. One Fillet was so-so. The other was fine on one side and the other black as tar and dry. Not somewhere I will visit again or refer anyone there ever. Complained before by calling and E-mailing, but I have never gotten a response. Word of mouth gets all your publicity and it's not good.

The food was good. However, the restaurant didn't include sour cream, chives, and any butter for the "loaded" baked potato that wasn't. The broccoli was like 3-4 small pieces. and didn't even fill up the tiny container. Pitiful when you spend over $16 on each plate. The Ultimate Seafood Platter with Crispy The Jumbo Fish Tenders was tasty, and the Supreme Sampler Meal was good, but my boyfriend said the chicken was overcooked.

The clam strips, shrimp and deviled crabs were very overcooked. There was no flavor at all. It was a very expensive disappointment.

2 Piece Fish & 2 Piece Chicken Meal these are the smallest Piece of chicken that I have ever received from anywhere except Chicken nuggets from McDonald's
