I was very wary in ordering such an expensive meal to go. But I was extremely pleased, as it was cooked to absolute medium rare perfection, with the knowledge it would have to travel clearly in the forefront of the chef. Excellent filet.

My strip was extremely fatty, not what one would expect for a prime steak. I would recommend Elway's all day long over this substandard meal.

The steak was to be cooked Medium Rare and it was cook to Medium Well +. I have ordered from there many times and it has always been perfect. This was too well done to eat.
