Normally I'd give 5 stars b/c it's affordable and good quality food/drinks. We've been disappointed recently Today the Cinnamon Bliss Roll was not edible. It was stale and dry and smelled strange. The coffee was old and bitter. Overall very disappointing.

Everything thrown into one bag. Muffins with bagels and even the cream cheese tubs were thrown in. Muffins were broken apart and food was not very edible. $40 work of bread mush.

This may not be an issue for most people, but there was too much smear on the Single Bagel with Shmear. It was actually overflowing.
Also the Twice-Baked Hashbrown is pretty tasteless and needed salt.

I wouldn't say that I "didn't love" the food, it was great. Giving 5 stars to a bagel place just seems too over the top. It was fine. Bagel and eggs, pretty simple. Could make it a home for half the price however.
