They have never disappointed us. I love to order 2 and change the tops of both onto the other kinds bottom. I order both the onion Bagel with onion Shmear and a cheese Bagel with vegetable Shmear. They always have plenty of it. Single Bagel with Shmear

My regular Einstein's order is always two cinnamon sugar bagels TOASTED with honey almond shmear. I would say that only about half the time do they actually toast the bagels. I don't know why it's so difficult for them to follow the order--slice, toast, add shmear--three simple steps. Other than this, the food is good.

I order here probably 4-5 times a week and it's always good, just a few blips. Always a good portion of smear, always tasty and fresh.

Everything was correct after I went through each item to verify what it was . I sure it's cheaper and easier to just wrap each item in a brown paper wrapper but it's a pain in the butt for me . Otherwise the order was perfect , well packaged otherwise.
