I am livid!! I was re charged $6.69 for a LARGE ORANGE JUICE, yet was given a small bottle of simply orange juice, which on their website cost $3.59!
Nonetheless, the food is great, that's why there is 4 stars!

The coffee here is very inconsistent. Some days I get & its perfect, other days like today I get it and it tastes like milk with caramel syrup and the color is a super pale color. Why pay $7 for an Iced Caramel Macchiato to just get sugar milk.

i would appreciate some consistency in their shmear. my latest Single Bagel with Shmear order barely had enough for one side and this isn't the first time it's happened.

no jalapeño on the Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich when i specifically requested a jalapeño cheddar bagel. disappointed and the coffee i got was so watered down. would not order again. also came a little cold.
