Very disappointed that the staff is so lazy they cant warm the cinammon roll at all. It was a hard rock and ice cold. Very clearly baked several
Days ago. The description even says "severed warm". Bagels were good so there's that.

I usually always get my correct order from here but today they must have made a mistake. I ordered plain shmear but when I took a bite it tasted super garlicky and weird. Assuming they accidentally used the wrong shmear. Had to scrape it off and use some cream cheese from home.

I love Einstein's, but the incorrect orders I've received the past few times is becoming a pattern. For this last order, the "vanilla" cold brew had no vanilla or cream (similar to prior experiences). I'm not sure what's causing these incorrect orders, but I strongly encourage Einstein's to get to the bottom of this and fix it before they start losing long-term customers like me.
