• 26-01-08The bagel was not cut proportionally so the bottom half was super thin while the top was as thick as a bagel that wasn't cut. There was only 1 tiny slice of bacon too! I've never had an issue with them but today the breakfast bagel did not meet my expectations

• 23-05-14Our food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly as described. The bagels were baked to perfection, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. And the breakfast sandwiches that had eggs, were cooked to just the right texture. Yokes not too runny, but not flaky either. The bacon on my sandwich was a little under done, but that's how I personally like it. This was the first time many of my family members tried food at this restaurant. And it was a hit across the board! We will definitely be eating here again, very soon. My only complaint would be about the coffee/chai drinks not offering any dairy free substitutes, nor did they offer the 'remove coffee' option like they do on their website. But these complaints are so minor, I'm not going to take off a star for them. Give this place a try. You won't be disappointed!

• 23-04-01"Lightly toasted" bagels should not show up literally charred looking and charred tasting around the edges, all 4 of them.. so frustrating because I like this place and like 7 times outta 10 they get things right so I hate to complain, its just paying 30$ for 4 bagels thru DoorDash isnt exactly pocket change

• 23-07-16Every bagel was a hit! I'd say the hash brown cheese bagel really made my All-Nighter Egg Sandwich, and would recommend it on almost any other. The twice baked hash brown sides were just ok. And I do wish the coffee drinks offered dairy free milk substitutes, so that all family members could join in the morning caffeine boost. But other than that, my family was happy with our very hot and melty bagels, which we very much plan to order for a third time now.
