Ground Beef Baked always SLAPS!! Everything is always hot and fresh. The Mama’s Steak and Eggs was super super delicious. Everytime i place an order i end up back in the menu because its so good I never think i ordered enough!!! XD

I've been a regular customer since 2005. Twenty years ordering from them and NEVER had a bad order. And I've tried most of their menu. Of course, my favorites are the empanadas. Always freshly baked, excellent fillings and so satisfying....not to mentioning their GREEN sauce. They should bottle it and sell them on their menu. This restaurant is number one in my neighborhood for a reason!

The Picada is one of the best dishes I have ever had! It's the best combination of meats and flavors it hits every time especially with the Watermelon Lemonade it's so refreshing and it taste like a real watermelon not fake and the fact they make EVERYTHING IN HOUSE they have me as a customer for life

The best empanadas in NYC. Empanadas are filling and packed with flavor. The empanadas and its ingredients seem to be freshly made with no signs of freezing. I've had 8 different empanadas. The Cuban and Desayuno Colombiano are awesome and are definitely my top two. The other empanadas are also great and worth eating again or trying.

1-3 empanadas per person depending on how hungry you are but most of the time for most people 2 is good. They do reheat well.
Have ordered 100s of empanadas over the years from Empanada Mama. My favorites are the Jerk & Cheese, Cheeseburger, and the BBQ Pulled Pork. Even better with ther Blue Cheese Sauce. Their Home Made Plantain Chips and Red Beans are also very good.
Finally really like the Passion Fruit Shake very fresh tasting.
